Resilience is not a quality exclusive to human beings. It exists at every scale of existence. Everything we know bears the traces of change within its very structure. Resilience reminds us of our ability to transform and, still, endure.
Our vision seeks to return to a time when humanity lived closer to the essential, when the complexity of the world emerged from the repetition of simple forms. In that search, we found the hexagon: an elemental shape that, through repetition, can give rise to complex structures—seemingly chaotic, yet deeply welcoming. Spaces conceived for gathering, sharing, and building community.

+10 years building ephemeral art in the Burning Man community, on playa and at Fuego Austral in Argentina.
Our collective has been instrumental in building a thriving community of burners in Latin America.
We create connections through art to honor our individual and collective journeys.
Ten years ago, a group of friends began building a Regional Burning Man event on the Pampas of Argentina. That event became Fuego Austral. We have been part of that journey from the beginning, helping grow a community, build large-scale structures, lead volunteers, tend ritual fires, and create spaces where people gather to celebrate, grieve, and transform.
Over those years, we learned many of the skills required to build a Temple: bringing together volunteers who have never met before, leading large-scale construction projects, caring for ritual fire, navigating uncertainty, and creating meaningful experiences for a community.
In 2026, we built Ignis Tholos, the Temple of Fuego Austral. It brought together years of shared experience and showed us that a Temple is not simply a structure: it is a vessel for the stories, hopes, losses, and resilience of a community.
BASALTIA: Temple of Hexistence is the natural continuation of that work.

Together, we bring more than a decade of experience creating art, rituals, communities, and participatory projects. More importantly, we have built a culture of trust, collaboration, and collective making, forged project by project and burn by burn.
That shared culture is the foundation from which Basaltia: Temple of Hexistence emerges.
